Some walls are scruffed and/or discolored and would look better with a new coat of paint or new wallpaper.
One wall has holes in it due to carelessness of the previous owner and could stand to be replaced.
There is some discoloration in some places on the carpeting.
The second bathroom needs a new layer of flooring.
